Like most buffets, there is a variety of selection from Southern cooking, Chinese, pizza and salads, to Tex-Mex. It's not that the food is bad, but it's really nothing to write home about. If the food quality was as nice as the appearance of the establishment my rating would be at least one point better, but in my two lunch trips to Butterfield's I would rate it average at best. Butterfield's Buffet is a bright, attractive, modern dining area located in the Choctaw Casino in Durant, Oklahoma.
